The Government of India requires that foreign delegates to the Conference come to India on a Conference Visa.

      Organizers have to provide the list of all foreign delegates with their passport and other details to the Ministry of External affairs, which then instructs respective Indian consulates to issue Conference Visas.

      The Ministry also sends us an acknowledgement. A copy of this needs to be enclosed with the visa application. Please apply for the ‘Conference Visa’ after receiving our email with the Ministry’s acknowledgement copy. This process can be done electronically.

      Sharing the list of foreign delegates will help in faster processing of visa.

    Please apply for the ‘Conference Visa’ along with the letter of acceptance of your extended abstract.

      Accompanying persons with the conference delegates may apply for a tourist visa.
