The authors of papers accepted for presentation at ACFD2023 have already been intimated by email.
All the authors who received an acceptance mail can present their work at the conference (after registering).
The duration of the oral presentation is 15 minutes + 2 min for questions and answers.
Along with the acceptance mail, a request for revisions based on the reviewer comments and formatting changes as per the ACFD2023 template (where required) was also sent. These revised four page abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings.
For those authors who wish to only present their results at the conference, and do not want to publish in a journal, no further submission is necessary.
Full-length paper submission and selection
Following Journals have accepted to publish for ACFD 2023
Authors who wish to publish their work in any of the three journals mentioned above, need to submit the full-length papers on the EasyChair website by 23 October 2023.
The procedure for submission is same as is used for submission of revised abstract.
Please use the role 'author' on EasyChair to submit full length paper.
To reiterate this submission is not compulsory and is optional for those who want publish in the select journals.
It is a free format submission i.e.; the authors are free to choose any format for submission.
Please include a section titled, "Journal preference", at the end of article. It should mention your preference for journal. You can mention them in the order of your preference.
Based on the submitted full-length papers, reviewer comments of the earlier submitted extended abstract and the feedback about the oral presentation at the conference, the editorial committee will make a recommendation to authors, about which journal to submit.
The authors can then submit their papers for consideration in the special issue of the recommended journal.
Please note that during the submission to journal, if recommended, the authors may need to change the format according to the particular journal's requirement.
The submission will be through the website of the particular journal.
The final decision of publication will be based on the policies of the journal and after following the due review process of the concerned journal.
